POOJA KOTHARIExpecting Mom due this month3 months agoA. If your 7-month-old daughter has a fever during teething, it could be due to mild inflammation, but high fever may suggest an infection. Keep her comfortable by giving paracetamol drops (as per doctor’s advice), ensuring she's well-hydrated through breast milk or formula, and gently massaging her gums with a clean finger or a cold teether. Keep her room cool and dress her in light clothing. If the fever lasts more than 2 days or crosses 100.4°F (38°C), consult your pediatrician.
