#asktheexperts Hello Dr meri baby 6 month+ ho gai hai mene usko solid introduce kia h 3week ho gaye but usse bar bar constipation ho raha hai 2-3 din ho gaye potty nhi karr rahi or jab 3 din pehle ki thi tab bohot pain hua babu ko or bohot roi potty krne me suggest me something plz

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations ing proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of agge

Its Very very important and when you introduce semisolid food to the child always have to introduce good amount of water as well because water plays a very important role in digestion yet in motion it’s very important did you keep the child’s body hydrated by giving good amount of water and fibres
