#asktheexperts hello dr. May daughter has these kind of black skin on arm and back of the neck also.. she’s very fair but these area are darker than body .. how to get rid of this,? N what is this?

A. Could we do early pigmentation also so this is since I cannot really be very certain about the situation I’m going to recommend you to kindly take an assistance with your doctor on that and they will be able to give you appropriate help and guidance on the situation
