mam,as per my opinion, if your child is playful,gains enough weight, passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day,then no need to worry about anything.
please offer small and frequent feeds.
burp your baby well after each feeding,it is important to prevent gas problem.
you can try different feeding position.
