#asktheexperts hello doctor …now am 37 weeks pregnant and my Hb was 9 points now how can i improve my Hb please suggest diet

A. Iron supplements are good to take you can have good amount of of beetroot and pomegranate every day it’s not restricted during the time of pregnancy you can have spinach green leafy vegetables you can have sweet potato you can have that you can have jaggery black rice these things are so healthy if you would have eaten them throughout your pregnancy you would have had a very good level of haemoglobin
