NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello nce your child compltes one year you can slowly introduce your child with full cream cow's milk which is absolutely safe to be given for the child and not a problem.. start with small quantity to make sure that child is not allergic to cows milk
