RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl3 months agoA. For dandruff you can use SPOO shampoo that is going to be a great choice it’s a kids range that I am suggesting you for eczema you can go for homeopathic treatment which would be great and healthy for the skin of the child for hundred percent relief
