#asktheexperts hello doctor my son is one year seven months, he's less than 9kgs (8.85) approx height 76 is it ok

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multigtvitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. c Diet counselling is also very important .

A. hello mom if child doesn't have any health issues then dont worry child should be healthy not chubby still You should add in your child's diet potatoes sweet potatoes banana curd egg chicken full cream milk ghee the leafy vegetables and fruit like bananas or u can also give banana milkshakes to increase his weight take care of his physical activities as well
