#asktheexperts Hello Doctor my son is 7 months old.. What kind of food I feed him at night to make his tummy full ..Because he is not sleeping deep due to hunger.. And upto what time we can feed the babies at night

A. hi mom. feed the child by 7 p.m. some semi solid food then while sleeping you can give the breast milk so that the child will sleep peacefully After completion of 6 months you can start with the semi solid food which can include fruits vegetables and cereals. Fruits such as banana apple avocado orange. Vegetables such as potato sweet potato pumpkin green peas carrot. even you can give rice ragi or wheat porridge. use Babyhug Heat Sensitive Spoons Set while feeding the child and also to prepare food. and Babyhug 6 in 1 Steam Sterilizer Cum Warmer can be used to sterilise baby utensils for safe feeding . this is very important part of feeding where maintaining cleanliness very important to avoid health issues in child.
