#asktheexperts Hello doctor My son is 4yrs 2 months old.What are the food /nutrients should I give in his diet for brain development as well as physical development. I also want to give him Brahmi for brain development but not finding any source.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl6 months agoA. Brain development wont come by consuming.medicine or food items, instead you have to take a lot of effort how to use the utilisation of brain of a child. By giving various type of practice to develop the brain will help you much.
