Cow's milk should be given to the baby only after completion of 1 year of age because the protein and fat in cow's milk is hard to digest before that and many a times there could be cow's milk protein allergy in babies and lactose intolerance which could be severe sometimes.
Also early introduction of cows milk can lead to iron deficiency anemia as cow's milk lacks iron and vit c . Also there could be micro bleeding in intestine because of the heavy protein of cow's milk .To start with cow's milk should be given than gradually you cann shift to buffalo milk or a packet milk which is a mixture of two .

Hi If you feel that there is an issue then you should just get an allergy test and probably that way you’ll be more sure about it or else you can take a guidance from a doctor as well they will be able to advise you correctly as a wood could possibly be the issue so I think consulting a doctor would be a better choice
