A. drops paracetamol 100mg. 1ml for fever and pain when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

A. hello in regards to the medicine and the dosage of the medicine it is always better to check with your doctor directly and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which would be better and also safe as the baby is small
