#asktheexperts Hello doctor....my daughter is 22 months old....two months back she had diarrhea and doctor suggested to stop her milk at least the age of 2 years....now sometimes she is having stomach bloating and she also have hicupps once or twice a day....plz advice

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. it has to b examination by dr .by any child specialist near by or your family pediatric doctor as it is difficult to advise for this without examining the baby . Further any medication according to the examination only .

Hi Putting can be due to indigestion and a hick ups are very normal for a child so don’t worry about that but yes if bloating is happening regularly then that’s not a good sign you should consult your doctor for a proper checkup and medication for the same
