#asktheexperts hello doctor.. my child is 25 months old.. she just don’t eat anything.. from last 2-3 days she is having hard stool .. what should i do so that she starts eating well.. m really worried

A. Keep your baby hydrated, right now since it's winter season lots of oranges are available in the market, give that fresh juice to your baby, it is fibrous and will halp in lubrication of stool.

A. hi dear The culprit in many cases of toddler constipation is a diet that's too heavy in processed foods, dairy, and sweets, and too light in fiber (like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables). Not getting enough fluid can also lead to constipation, because it makes the stools harder.
