#asktheexperts hello doctor my baby s 3 months old.. she suffers nasal congestion oftenly.. m putting her nasoclear saline drops but no relieved frm ds.plz help

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops like nasoclear saline drops iun the nose followed by nasal aspirator to take out the secretions very gently
steam inhalation can also be helpful in this coxndition

Then Also you should start giving indirect steam to the child two times in a day because indirect steam is quite good specially during the night time before you put your child to sleep and that is going to be helpful and if required you can ask your doctor to nebulise your child as well
