#asktheexperts hello doctor my baby just turned 1 and these days he is having constipation. what I can give him to have a free stool other than water

Constipation is very common in babies. In such case you can start giving papaya regularly. Papaya is very healthy and effective for babies and it also help baby to pass stool easily. You should also give 1 teaspoon of honey with warm water once in a day it will help in maintaining babies digestion issues
