#asktheexperts Hello doctor, My baby is one month old, how to maintain his sleep cycles.

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 1 month it will take time for the sleep cycle to set till ,6 month in few cases Sleep patterns varies among babies it will take time for the sleep cycle to set maintain calm and warm environment turn off the lights massage the baby gently to sleep feed before bed

Add this is the kid has no such sleeping cycle or sleep pattern so I just like to tell you as of now what you can do is that you should just let your child sleep however your child is willing to do because I sleep pattern is going to be proper over the period so as of now you cannot do anything about itWrite Your Answer Here
