#asktheexperts hello doctor My baby is 4months old she is crying from yesterday night when I touch her ear...what is the reason? Whether I take her to ent doctor or pediatrician?

Main cause of an itchy ear canal is soap or other irritants. Soap or shampoo can get trapped in the ear canal after showers which causes pain.
Ear wax, ear infection, may be reason for it ..high fever, start to wake up from sleep, excessive crying in that case kindly do Consult ENT specialist.
