Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also.
the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.
if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child
sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but will improve with increasing age of the child
you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem or breathing difficulty due to nasal blockage has to be looked into.
if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern of the child as it alwsays improve with time
you can increase the physical activity during the daytime as well as avoid morde sleeping time during the day time and this will help in improving the night time sleeping time .
RashmiMom of a 10 yr 11 m old girl1 Year agoA. Teething maybe happening with your child as a child becomes really irritable and non-sleepy and also the appetite of the child can reduce down so looking at the age and the concern that you are showing I think this is the only reason rest you can check with your doctor one time
