#asktheexperts Hello doctor.. my baby is 3 n half months old. she is a formula fed baby, she is having motions 4 to 5 times a day. please suggest is it a problem. 1st is dark green and then yellow. Usually she use to do only 1 but from last 1 week this is problem going on.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Formula-fed babies typically poop three to four times a day, but some go as long as three or four days without a bowel movement. As long as your baby's poops are soft and passed without a struggle, you don't have to be concerned. But call your pediatrician if your little one doesn't poop for more than five days.
