#asktheexperts Hello Doctor, my baby is 1year old... after delivery I am not having any issue related to periods however my hair loss has increased... and situation is getting worse day by day... please help

I advise to apply pure coconut oil or Amala oil on your hair
wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder.
avoid taking stress

mam , both things are normal
i mean,it is normal to not get periods or to get irregular periods during breastfeeding journey so don't worry
but if you get heavy flow or severe cramps ,it is better to consult your gynecologist for once.
