Q.

#asktheexperts Hello Doctor, My baby is 1 year one month old. I am trying to give her cow milk since one month. But she is not accepting even a spoon full milk and rejecting even in which form I am trying to give like in rice form or porridge form whatever. Please suggest me in which form can I give her milk so that she can accept it. Are there any products can mask the smell of milk? Or there any calcium rich foods that can avoid milk?

A. hi, keep trying, Replace plain milk with various dishes such as milkshakes and smoothies. Use of interesting straws or quirky mugs or open cups. all the very best .

A. Hello dear parent! Green leafy vegetables, sesame, ragi are better calcium sources when compared to milk. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
