#asktheexperts Hello Doctor, my baby boy is 7 months 3 weeks old. Earlier he used to sleep peacefully till 4 months old and after that his sleeping pattern is disrupting due to gas and as soon as passed out gas or burp he sleep again. I make him burping every feeding but still he's gassy. Doctor please kindly help as I haven't sleep properly since he was 4 months old till now. Thank you.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Start giving saunf ka paani a couple of times in a day to the baby as it helps in relieving gas and continue burping abd during day time give tummy time to baby

U give bonnisan 1ML to your child before you put your child to sleep that will help in eliminating all the gas and other issues that your child is facing and after that hopefully your child is going to sleep properly for longer durations and this way you will also be able to sleep properly
