Q.

#asktheexperts hello doctor, my 8 month old boy, when fed ragi, passes stool of the same colour and texture as the ragi he has eaten. Is this normal or is it a sign of ragi not being digested properly. he does not have any discomfort. should I continue with ragi?

A. give properly cooked food to avoid indigetion. During preparation of food for the children, one should always add a little of jeera, pepper, turmeric and pinch of black pepper. tc
