#asktheexperts hello doctor my 2 year old boy is facing stomoch pain with fever . what should i have to do .

A. hi. .give him mint juice or ajwsin water to rekive from syomach pain. give him syp paracetomol in right dose for fever,it will help to reduce fever.. o . k
