#Asktheexperts Hello Doctor, My 2 year 7 month old baby milk intake is upto 700ml .Please let me know how much should be the milk intake for this age group baby. If it should be less than 700ml than what are the measures to be taken in reducing milk intake. What are the best foods that help babies grow

A. then you can also. see with babies not all will be as per text. each baby has her own pace of learning n milestone s ok. so don't stress unnecessary.

A. Hello dear parent! Milk is only a part of the meal. Limit the total dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy foods that you daily prepare for your family. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
