#asktheexperts hello doctor.. my 2 months son is sneezing n coughing daily since born.. it's not severe.. but daily 3,4 times he coughs n sneezes.. govt hosp gave us chlorpheniramine maleate syrup. can i use it or not? thank you

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. if the medicines are given by the doctor then you can continue this medicine for the prescribed number of days and if it is not improving in next three days then only you have to take follow up with the doctor who will tell you whether you have to xstop or continue this medicine.

give steam inhalation
use Nasoclear saline nasal drops
apply warm mustard oil on baby chest and back and feet and gently massage at bed time
use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub
