mere bete ko Monday se fever tha 99 and uske bad flexon syrup Diya tha to fever settle ho gaya fir fever aaya to wapas se flexon hi diya lekin Tuesday se halka cough aur runny nose ki problem start ho gayi,uske bad kep ls syrup aur coldman syrup bhi diya 3 din 7.5 ml dose for 3 times in 24 hr lekin usko koi relief nhi hai cough aur runny nose me
kl night me kuchh khane ka bhi refuse kr raha tha aur muh se breathing kr raha hai please suggest what to do further

Cough and Cold needs to be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor after the exact cause is diagnosed.it may be any infection or it may be allergic too.it may not be related to food items or climate but seasonal changes may aggravate the susceptibility to get infected .
maintain good immunity of the child with proper diet and supplements.
if associated with fever too, calpol can be given three times a day..
As the first line of treatment, give steam inhalation which would be of great help .to relieve blocked nose nasoclear drops can also be used multiple times.
Cough Syrup or nebulization should be given only after a proper evaluation according to the type of cough .self medication may not be so helpful so please consult your doctor once. if the cough is productive you can give brozeet-ls or ambrodil syrup for now only n continue only after doctor's advice.avoid refrigerated items and give simple hoggfeme-made preparations a required.child may not be interested in food due to altered sensations of taste bud in illness will gradually begin to eat as symptoms resolve.

Please Do not self medicate your child consult your doctor have already given two very medicines to the child and 7.5 ML dosage is too much for a child at one point of time or you have given it three times in a day I am not sure about it but never mind as of now it’s important that you please consult your paediatrician ones
