#asktheexperts hello doctor Lately, I have been feeling extremely stressed. My baby girl sleeps very little and hardly ever gets into a deep sleep. Even at night, she sleeps only as long as the nipple is in her mouth. The moment I remove it, she wakes up immediately. Because of this, I am not getting enough sleep either. Please help me—what should I do?

Very honestly I don’t advise anybody to use a pacifier but if your situation is so bad please crosscheck with your doctor because that would be a good solution to the problem right now because your child is severely already addicted to the breast nipple so it’s better to go for pacifier in such situation
