#asktheexperts Hello doctor ,I want to ask my breast milk supply is low ,for 2months old boy what to do. I regularly latch my baby ,still also my baby is crying .I am forcedto give him formula ,..in every 2 hrs first I am feeding then giving formula ... please suggest what t do to increase my supply

Dr Raksha guptaMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Mother has to take galact granules, 1 scoop Two times a day with milk Mother has to latch baby properly with comfortable position . Mother shd take plenty of liquid, jaggery, Fenugreek, asoeftida so that milk production can be increased.
