#asktheexperts hello doctor, I've gone through a cervical cerclage at 12 weeks and now I'm 36 weeks, my stitch will be removed in another 1 week. I want to know if I can continue with my daily activities and can I start with exercises like squats, duck walk right after the stitch is removed or should I rest for a few days ?
