A. Hello dear parent! Reduce your stress levels first. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Try as much to continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
