#asktheexperts hello doctor,I easily get urinary infection if I use public washroom? which cream can I use to remove the itching and watery discharge

Urine infection needs to be treated well as it recurs again if not treated properly do consult the doctor once and also start having coconut water and also include curd in your daily diet avoid tight clothing and take warm water sitz bath and add little alum to water to clean the area

Uma RamMom of a 8 yr 1 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello good morning !! Use pee safe while using public wash rooms to avoid urine infections. Crush 2 cardamoms and soak for 1-2 hours have cardamom water and chew for 5-10 minutes this helps in curing urinary tract infections itching ,burnt sensation .
