#asktheexperts Hello Doctor, I am a mother of 5 month old twin babies.. Their weight is around 6.5 kg now.. when can I start giving them solid foods like fruits, cerelac , vegetables etc.. when is the right time to start..

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. weight is good. right time is after 6 month only. No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months. Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand
