Maam medicines are available for all these things but instead of looking for it giving by yourself please get it examined by the doctor they will tell you I personally feel for appetite you can give an Ayurvedic medicine for other issues like concentration and all you can do some exercises and also you can take homeopathic treatment for that it really works a lot
