#asktheexperts Hello doctor, can I give 2 eggs a day to my 6 year old. He don't eat a variety of foods and is a picky eater.He is interested in having egg sandwich daily. So is it ok to have 2 eggs a day.

at the same time you have to see that the child is not suffering from digestive problems due to the eggs . you have to give other food also because egg does not contain fibre and every nutrition that is needed.

Yes if it is not showing any side-effect to the child like having extra heat in the body or something then yes you can go ahead with it anyways our target is always that the child should be eating healthy so if it is awesome non-veg that your child likes to have even if it is egg and that is going to be good enough onlyWrite Your Answer Here
