Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl21 hours agoA. Mam both are good but you cannot give it to the child without consulting the doctor vitamin D is very specific supplement is not advisable to be given to the child without Dr’s advice so please confirm with the doctor before you proceed with it
