Q.

#AsktheExperts Hello, doc, my baby is 1.8 years old i am giving him nan formula milk. He doesn't like regular packet milk which we all consume. What can i give him as Nan grow is only upto 18months old baby.

A. Hai good evening !! From one year onwards you can feed cow/buffalo/packet milk to babies check suitability by giving small quantity if no allergy, motions, reddishness then. you can continue to feed. Generally formula powder is bit sweeter so babies don't like plain milk you can add dates syrup or dates powder or dry fruits powder mix , almonds milk or else give milk as kheer, porridge gradually baby will habituat to normal milk. Along with milk include ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer ,dry fruits in regular diet.
