Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it is not always indicating that a child is not getting enough milk. mam ,as far as your child is looking happy and active, gains enough weight, passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day ,it means that your child is getting enough milk. no need to worry
