Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. it is an antibiotic and it is not to be given to the child without the advice of your doctor cold and cough is usually a viral infection for which you can give relent plus syrup to the baby and can put nasoclear drops into the nose to relieve nasal congestion

It Is one of the options to be given but if it is paediatric one then yes but still before you go ahead with any medicine you should definitely take an advice from your paediatrician ones for that maybe they can advise you something better than this also
