Give all family food in soft and little mashed form..don't give puree form.Porridges should not be watery. It should be thick enough not to fall off the spoon. Food should be less spicy and sweet. offer all seasonal fruits n vegetables.

After personally examining your baby your doctor will advice you accordingly. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet. Good luck and take care.
