#asktheexperts hello 3xpert.. my daughter is 3.5 months old but is a light sleeper. her day time naps last for max 20 min at a time and some days she doesnt sleep for 5hrs straight. she isnt cranky though. will it affect her growth? how do i help her sleep better?

A. hi yes , it can affect her growth so for better sleep , first i advise to ensure that if she is getting enough milk or not because sometimes due to hunger babies can not sleep enough. please burp your baby well after each feeding. keep the environment calm and dark while sleeping avoid distractions at sleep time ensure your baby feel comfortable while sleeping
