A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake. drink lukewarm water. walk for half an hour daily

A. Hi mom Avoid taking three powders. Not good to take.. To reduce weight start with the exercise. Do yoga, cycling, walk, jogging to shed extra kilos from your body. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat
