Q.

#asktheexperts hai sir.. myself ramya.. i have a 2 years old girl baby.. my baby is getting vomit during travel.. even she will get vomit when we are traveling 10 km distance.. so i cant give any food or milk before travel to my daughter.. is it normal or else shall we do anything for that before travel? will you prescribe any medicine for that?

A. Motion sickness can happen with anyone, so it's common with babies. Feed the baby light before or during travel. Avoid milk or other oily foods which can trigger motion sickness. Keep the windows open. Travelling in a closed air conditioned cabin will worsen tge sickness. If required you can consult with your pediatrician and see if any medicine which will prevent vomiting can be given.
