#asktheexperts hai doctor am the mom of ishal Mariyam I want to know the reason of why she suffering high temperature during fever also having fits what are the precautions that never happened?

Author of questionGuardian of a 6 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. Thanks doctor I tried these ways but temperature level didn't decrease .temperature decreases when I gave paracetamols only after lossing effect of tab she will be cure of fever

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold spocdnging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
