Check the baby's height ,weight and head circumference is growing according to the age ,compare with WHO growth chart parameters. Less Weight according to the age or in the minimum to average range is normal in infants around 8 months to 5 years kids ,only concern if the weight is less than the minimal range as shown in the chart.
