#asktheexperts greetings doctor, my baby is 3months old and she is sleeping very little time, she rubs her eyes I make her sleep she wakes up every 20 minutes. even the whole night she does, I feed her well too.

growth spurts can cause discomfort n as a result it may disturb tge slerp of baby cause frequent wakeing period baby may refuse to sleep
its a phase
keeping a routine , avoid distractions white noise , holding rocking baby

Continue to exclusively breastfeed baby on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, weight gain. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. If there is any discomfort, please speak to your doctor.
