#asktheexperts Good morning mam... I'm a mother of 23 month old baby girl. For the past 6 months a small papule started on her back, gradually it increased in size and new papules started near it.Now they are spreading all over her body and face.when consulted doctor stated it's a virus called molluscum.can you please help me in this regard.im concerned about the spread over her face. Thank you madam.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 8 m old girl3 weeks agoA. I understand your concern but this kind of an infection is common and subside on its own within the age of six months to 18 months so usually it should go on its own otherwise I would recommend you to kindly take an assessment with skin specialist once
