#asktheexperts good morning doctor tell me weight gain food for my 14 months old baby girl.. she is looking very thin

A. After age of 1 year it is important to follow the following points and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml. you have to give at least One Katori of rice product 1 Katori of Dal product 1 Katori of wheat product and 1 Katori of vegetable everyday to the child and at leastf two fruits every day to the child. you can make anything any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adequate nutritionf to the child you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child

Siri if your child is looking is it is it is not necessarily that your child is not eating well or not gaining weight sometimes it could be due to some deficiencies in the body also which can lead to this kind of behaviour with a child so I would recommend you to go ahead with the proper check up with your doctor onesWrite Your Answer Here
