#asktheexperts Good evg mam, thanks for the topic , I have 12 month old twin babies, I offer mother feeding to my babies, at evg time I gave pocket milk with jaggery, they refused. what should I do?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it's okay.. the taste is new hence they refuse.. but I would say that this is healthy, so keep trying.
Replace plain milk with various dishes such as milkshakes and smoothies. Use of interesting straws or quirky mugs .

as a child is 12 months old,you can try external milk with different flavors like fig milkshake, dates milk, milk with honey,milk with dry fruits etc
you can buy special cup or sipper for this.
